Synopsis: Diesel fire pump failure leaves Vintage Bay without fire protection and facing lengthy fire-watch due to extended lead times on replacement equipment.

Details: Vintage Bay experienced fire pump failure due to a faulty controller motherboard and lack of fire pump performance during annual testing.
