Synopsis: An electrical fire pump failure left this high-rise waterfront property without fire protection and the potential of a lengthily fire watch.
Solution: RentFirePumps.com delivered a mobile temporary fir pump solution to provide adequate water flow pressure to meet the building’s design density requirement of the building’s most remote fire sprinkler systems. The mobile fire pump unit was parked in the basement parking garage. Water supply was taken from the discharge side of the water supply in the pump room, fed to the mobile fire pump and discharged to the supply side of the building’s sprinkler system.
